With the opening of the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument and the careful stewardship of Baxter State Park, in which ancient Mount Katahdin towers over it all, there is no lack of subject matter to draw the artist.  As is often said, the landscape serves the artist here and a stop at North Light Gallery will offer many stunning results of what the trained hand and eye can record here. 

Take a piece of a developing history home with you so that you can remember...there is no other place like here.

Beginning Watercolor class now being offered on Wednesday from March 16-April 20,2016 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Location is the East Orrington Congregational Church, instructor Marsha Donahue from North Light Gallery in Millinocket.  Please contact her at (207)723-4414 or by email to get a registration and supply list.  Total cost is $350 for the course.  Deadline to register is March 1st.
